What you will do
- Support the Credit Manager in improving credit, collections, and operational processes.
- Recommend process and policy enhancements to reduce operational risk.
- Prepare field reports, presentations, findings, and improvement recommendations.
- Conduct periodic process spot checks and support implementation of audit recommendations.
- Investigate fraud cases through data collection and claimant interviews.
- Identify and classify potential default risk through customer interactions and field data.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of work experience, preferably in control, compliance, or risk.
- Experience in microfinance institutions or banks.
- Strong data collection, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Excellent fraud detection and investigation abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Multilingual communication in English and Yoruba is required.
