What you will do

• Provide relationship-based family and primary care at the top of the nursing license.
• Deliver preventive care, routine wellness services, chronic disease management, and urgent visits.
• Provide patient health education and support long-term health outcomes.
• Work autonomously while collaborating through provider meetings, journal clubs, and grand rounds.
• Use clinical resources including UpToDate and RubiconMD to support patient care.

Requirements

• Active nursing license and current ANCC or AANP board certification.
• CPR/BLS certification required by the start date.
• Independent practice provider status preferred where applicable under state regulations.
• Federal DEA number preferred and potentially required for full prescribing authority.
• Independent family practice experience in wellness care, chronic disease management, and urgent visits preferred.
• Full practice authority strongly preferred where applicable under state guidelines.
