Family Nurse Practitioner (Healthcare)

Location: Houston, Arlington, Austin, Beaumont, Dallas, El Paso, Laredo, Lufkin, McAllen, or Victoria, Texas. An active Family Nurse Practitioner license in Texas is required.

Salary: $120K–$130K per year.

What you will do

• Conduct virtual adult and/or pediatric wellness visits and health assessments.
• Perform health risk assessments, medication reviews, cognitive screenings, and patient education.
• Collaborate with in-home clinical staff to evaluate vital signs, arrange blood draws, and address patient needs.
• Coordinate preventive care, medication management, specialist referrals, and community resources.
• Document clinical findings and maintain high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Use laptops, mobile devices, and HIPAA-secure messaging tools for charting and care coordination.

Requirements

• Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
• Active Family Nurse Practitioner license in Texas.
• Previous experience performing wellness visits.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with professionalism, integrity, confidentiality, compassion, and accountability.
• Ability to pass a national background check and valid clinical license search.
