Regulatory Specialist Senior (RF/EMC/SAR)

What you will do

• Manage worldwide RF, EMC, and SAR testing and certification activities for products using WLAN, WWAN, and RFID technologies.
• Execute product compliance programs and initiatives within schedule and budget.
• Select and apply international test standards, compliance techniques, procedures, and evaluation criteria.
• Coordinate with engineering, product management, program management, ODM/JDM partners, test laboratories, certification partners, and regulators.
• Prepare and review regulatory schedules, test plans, budgets, status documents, and laboratory costing information.
• Monitor new regulatory requirements, manage certification issues, and continuously improve regulatory process documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical experience.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• In-depth experience with RF, EMC, and SAR testing for FCC, CE, and other worldwide certifications.
• Experience certifying devices with WLAN and WWAN technologies.
• Experience working with ODM/JDM development teams.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, regulatory standards, and program management skills, including test plans, schedules, and budgets.
