What you will do

• Provide nursing and personal care services in patients’ homes.
• Assess and record patient conditions by monitoring vital signs.
• Administer medications, change bandages, and provide oxygen equipment and treatments.
• Teach patients and family members assisted-living techniques, including mobility, hygiene, lifting, and repositioning.
• Make independent decisions about care methods while following established guidelines and procedures.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse license in the State of Florida.
• CPR, OSHA, HIV/AIDS, HIPAA, Alzheimer’s, Medical Errors, and Domestic Violence certificates.
• Valid in-state driver’s license, current vehicle registration and insurance, and no more than two driving-record points within the last three years.
• Personal vehicle liability insurance with minimum limits of 100,000/300,000/100,000 is required.
• TB screening is required for this patient-facing role.
