What you will do

• Provide preventative care and diagnostic services such as phlebotomy, diabetic foot screenings, retina exams, and ECGs in patients' homes.
• Use technology to access schedules and coordinate care efficiently.
• Build meaningful connections with diverse patients ensuring comfort and quality service.
• Manage specimen collection, labeling, and coordination with labs or shipment facilities.
• Operate independently with a focus on professionalism, problem-solving, and customer service excellence.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Hastings, Michigan, United States
• State required licensure and/or proof of training and national certification where applicable.
• Basic Life Support certification and valid driver’s license with current vehicle insurance.
• Proof of vaccination or immunity for COVID-19 (including booster), MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, TB test, Influenza, and TDaP.
• Ability to work independently, navigate patient homes physically, and use technology for charting and communication.
• Pass national background check, DMV check, and valid clinical license search.
