Senior OMNI (Mainframe) Developer

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and implement OMNI/Mainframe solutions.
• Enhance and maintain business-critical applications.
• Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Support production issues, troubleshoot batch processing, and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, conduct code reviews, and follow development standards.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience.
• Experience developing and supporting OMNI applications.
• Strong knowledge of COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, and VSAM.
• Experience with TSO/ISPF, Endevor or Changeman, and Mainframe batch processing.
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with production support and incident management.

Nice to have

• Experience in the banking or financial services domain.
• Exposure to Mainframe modernization and integration initiatives.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
