What you will do

• Develop complex stock plan services applications on a mainframe platform running in a Z/OS environment.
• Gather requirements, design application-level architecture, develop software, and conduct end-to-end and system testing within an Agile team.
• Lead collaborative sessions, coordinate multiple projects, and provide guidance to team members and stakeholders.
• Provide onsite and on-call support, serve as a subject matter expert, and participate in crisis management.
• Resolve technical roadblocks, recommend improvements, and develop solutions across multiple technologies.
• Plan project lifecycles, schedules, risks, documentation, and delivery against time and budget goals.

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in defining, developing, and leading teams implementing scalable application solutions.
• Experience with mainframe application development, automation, and support using COBOL, CICS, DB2, JCL, VSAM, MQ-Series, and SQL.
• Experience with mainframe performance tuning and capacity planning, including reducing I/O, CPU time, MSUs, and MIPs.
• Experience with Strobe, iStrobe, Platinum Detector, File-AID, Endeavor, Intertest, Abend-AID, and Control-M.
• Ability to review test plans, ensure QA readiness, conduct technical and functional analysis, and create comprehensive documentation.
• Availability for onsite and on-call support at one of the listed United States locations.
