FP&A Finance Specialist

Location: Prague, Czech Republic; primarily in-office

What you will do

• Own OpEx and CapEx budgets, cost centers, forecasts, reconciliations, and variance analyses.
• Lead multi-horizon financial planning, P&L modeling, scenario analysis, and performance projections.
• Partner with R&D, Platform Engineering, business managers, and senior finance leaders on resource allocation and budget decisions.
• Build analytical frameworks and executive dashboards using SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, or equivalent BI tools.
• Transform FP&A processes and implement AI-based workflow automations to reduce repetitive reporting and accelerate close cycles.
• Oversee procurement, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoicing workflows to maintain accurate, audit-ready financial controls.

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressively complex FP&A experience, including end-to-end forecasting.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets financial modeling skills.
• Experience with SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, or equivalent BI tools.
• Experience applying or building AI-based workflow automations, such as ChatGPT workflows or custom automation tools.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and negotiation skills, with the ability to partner with technical, operational, and executive teams.
• Working knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and core financial accounting operations.
