FP&A International Sales Finance Specialist

Location: Prague, Czech Republic; primarily in-office work is required.

What you will do

• Maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and analyze trends, customer buying patterns, pipeline, deals, and markets.
• Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for EMEA and APJ, including purchase requests, purchase orders, accounting distributions, service delivery verification, and duplicate resolution.
• Build business and financial models covering headcount, expenses, commissions, pipeline, and bookings.
• Drive Sales expense management, identifying budget risks and opportunities.
• Support international strategic projects with financial analysis and insights.
• Improve Finance processes through standardization, best practices, and automation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of FP&A experience.
• Advanced financial analysis and modeling skills, including reporting and data analytics automation.
• Experience with Tableau, Salesforce, Anaplan, NetSuite, Callidus, or similar systems and large-scale database management processes.
• Ability to synthesize large volumes of data into clear management-level views and work independently across multiple priorities.
• Experience in technology, Sales Finance, or Sales Operations is advantageous.
• BA/BS degree in Finance or Accounting; CIMA study or progress toward a CIMA qualification is advantageous.
