What you will do
- Administer monthly commission calculations and payments in SAP Commissions (CallidusCloud), ensuring accuracy and alignment with global payroll timelines.
- Translate, configure, and implement new or modified sales incentive compensation plans while maintaining data integrity and business rules.
- Own commission accruals, reconciliations, and reporting for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities.
- Partner with Finance, Accounting, External Audit, Sales Leadership, HR, and Sales Operations on commission operations and compliance.
- Use AI tools to identify bottlenecks, automate compensation workflows, and build reporting solutions across SAP Commissions, Salesforce, and NetSuite.
- Resolve complex sales compensation escalations through ServiceNow and provide clear support to field sales representatives.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of incentive compensation administration, plan mechanics, and commission operations.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Commissions/CallidusCloud, Xactly, Anaplan, or similar incentive compensation platforms.
- Strong data analysis skills using advanced Excel or Google Sheets, with experience across Salesforce and NetSuite.
- Ability to model compensation scenarios, analyze complex financial data, and build consensus across Finance, HR, and Sales Operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for explaining complex compensation structures.
- Ability to work from the Prague office, except during PTO, work travel, or other approved leave.
