TL;DR
Manager Business Finance (FP&A and Board Reporting): Managing financial governance, long-term planning, annual budgeting, and Board-level reporting for a global air travel technology company with an accent on financial planning, quality control, and cross-functional coordination. Focus on delivering interlocked financial plans, securing Board approvals, analyzing funding initiatives, and translating complex financial information into clear executive recommendations.
Location: Prague, Czech Republic. Hybrid arrangement with work from home up to 2 days per week; a Flex-Location benefit allows working from any location in the world for up to 30 days per year.

What you will do
- Lead quarterly ARMCom and Board financial content projects from planning through execution, coordinating timelines, inputs, documentation, and quality control.
- Deliver interlocked long-term financial plans aligned with organizational strategy and coordinate approval by the Board.
- Manage annual budget approval, ensuring timely and high-quality Board submissions.
- Manage Member financing processes, including eligible revenue and Member billing.
- Lead or support special projects involving risk management, entity refinancing, and long-term funding strategies.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations for strategic decisions.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of business finance and/or FP&A experience, preferably in a large international company with a matrix structure.
- Experience managing complex cross-functional finance projects in corporate finance, restructuring, or funding.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and the interactions between the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow.
- Experience with financial modelling, return on investment analysis, financing, and funding.
- Advanced MS Excel skills and experience creating clear financial models, Board-level presentations, and documents using PowerPoint, ThinkCell, and Word.
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, communication, prioritization, quality control, and risk management skills.
