What you will do
- Partner with managers and leaders to strengthen leadership capability, accountability, decision-making, and people management.
- Coach managers through performance concerns, employee relations matters, organisational change, and stakeholder challenges.
- Support performance management, talent calibration, succession planning, and high-potential development.
- Advise on organisational design, team structures, role clarity, workforce effectiveness, and transformation initiatives.
- Manage complex employee relations matters across multiple jurisdictions and advise on labour law, risk mitigation, and fair processes.
- Use people analytics, organisational insights, automation, and AI-enabled tools to improve people processes and organisational effectiveness.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in People Business Partnering or equivalent strategic HR roles.
- Experience in scaling, global, and/or remote-first organisations.
- Strong stakeholder management, coaching, influencing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience handling complex performance, organisational change, and employee relations matters.
- Commercial judgement, systems thinking, problem-solving ability, and comfort operating in ambiguity.
- Digital fluency and a data-informed approach, with interest in technology, AI-enabled tools, automation, and the future of work.
