Location: Hybrid: Must be based in San Ramon, CA (3 days a week in office required)
Salary: $95,600 - $265,900 USD

What you will do
- Collaborate with senior leaders to translate business strategies into forward-thinking HR and organizational development actions.
- Guide leaders and teams through organizational design solutions, talent management, and change leadership.
- Partner with People Team Centers of Excellence (COEs) to implement scalable talent programs tailored to business needs.
- Use data-driven insights to identify trends, diagnose root causes, and develop effective, scalable solutions.
- Provide strategic compensation guidance, including salary planning, promotions, and job re-leveling.
- Manage complex employee relations and lead initiatives to drive employee engagement and connection.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience as a People Partner or HRBP, preferably supporting Go-to-market teams.
- Proven track record of building and scaling HR programs in a fast-paced global environment.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to influence senior management decision-making.
- Solid technical knowledge of the HR regulatory environment (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEOC, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
