People Business Partner (Data Center Operations)

Location: Bellevue, WA, with a hybrid work arrangement and regular travel to data center sites (30%). Remote work may be considered for candidates living more than 30 miles from an office; quarterly team gatherings and onboarding at a company hub are required.

Salary: $106,000–$143,000 base salary per year, plus potential bonus, equity awards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Partner with first-line and senior Data Center Operations leaders on people decisions that improve execution and organizational effectiveness.
• Own performance calibration, compensation cycles, workforce planning, talent management, and employee-relations processes end to end.
• Identify workforce patterns and risks, synthesize insights, and recommend practical actions before issues affect delivery.
• Lead organizational change in a fast-moving, multi-site operations environment while maintaining business continuity.
• Advise on complex people matters, employment compliance, job architecture, leveling, and risk-balanced decisions.
• Collaborate with Legal, Talent, Finance, People Operations, and other Centers of Excellence to deliver scalable solutions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience, including substantial support for operations, industrial, or frontline populations.
• Experience advising managers and Director-level or more senior leaders on complex and ambiguous people matters.
• Working knowledge of employment law and HR compliance in a 24/7, multi-site operations environment.
• Experience with performance calibration, compensation, workforce planning, and employee-relations investigations.
• Proficiency with HRIS and talent systems such as Greenhouse, Workday, or Culture Amp.
• Must meet applicable U.S. export-control eligibility requirements, including U.S. person status or eligibility for required authorization.
