Location: Hybrid (3 days a week in Hammersmith, London office)

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

What you will do

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from consulting with hiring managers to offer negotiations.
  • Lead searches for senior roles and provide proactive support to the People Director and CPO for executive-level hires.
  • Define and develop the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) in partnership with the Marketing team.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple time zones and maintain the Teamtailor ATS.
  • Oversee the end-to-end contractor process, ensuring rigorous IR35 checks and legal compliance.
  • Champion inclusive hiring best practices and optimize sourcing strategies for diversity.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a recruiter in a lean team, ready to own a standalone function.
  • Strong ability to partner with, advise, and influence hiring managers and leadership.
  • Deep knowledge of UK employment law (Equality Act 2010, Right to Work) and GDPR.
  • Experience with contractor management and IR35 compliance.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent recruitment campaigns.
  • Resilience and high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
