Talent Acquisition Manager/Recruitment Manager (Automotive)

Location: Hybrid, with 3 days per week required in the Hammersmith London office, United Kingdom

Salary: £40,000–£45,000 per year

What you will do

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from consulting with hiring managers and creating inclusive job postings to sourcing, structured interviews, and offer negotiations.
• Lead recruitment searches up to Senior level and support Executive searches alongside the People Director and CPO.
• Define and continuously improve the Employee Value Proposition in partnership with Marketing.
• Optimize recruitment processes and manage interview scheduling, candidate communications, and real-time ATS updates in Teamtailor.
• Own the end-to-end contractor process with Legal, including IR35 checks and compliance.
• Champion inclusive hiring practices and use applicant diversity data to improve sourcing strategies.

Requirements

• Recruitment experience in a lean team, with the ability to take ownership of a standalone recruitment function.
• Experience partnering with, advising, and influencing hiring managers and senior leadership.
• Strong accountability, resilience, organization, attention to detail, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Working knowledge of UK employment law, including the Equality Act 2010 and Right to Work requirements.
• Knowledge of GDPR principles for candidate data and contractor management requirements, including IR35.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
