What you will do

• Contribute to recruitment targets within agreed time frames and quality standards.
• Improve search strategies and tools for effective candidate sourcing.

• Participate in recruitment and employer branding activities.
• Manage stakeholders and provide trusted advice within the business.
• Ensure efficient planning and organization of own work.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of tech recruitment experience, in-house recruitment preferred.
• Adept at sourcing both active and passive candidates.
• Comfortable with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and various job boards.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
