What you will do
- Contribute to recruitment targets within agreed time frames and quality standards.
- Improve search strategies and tools for effective candidate sourcing.
- Conduct candidate research and engage with candidates.
- Participate in recruitment and employer branding activities.
- Manage stakeholders and provide trusted advice within the business.
- Ensure efficient planning and organization of own work.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of tech recruitment experience, in-house recruitment preferred.
- Adept at sourcing both active and passive candidates.
- Comfortable with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and various job boards.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
