Client Service Manager (Healthcare and Insurance)

Location: Homebased in Conway, Arkansas, United States; 20%+ travel required.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare and insurance clients, managing tactical needs and long-term account planning.
• Guide onboarding, adoption, renewal, and continuous value delivery while monitoring account health and usage metrics.
• Build strategic relationships with client decision-makers and identify qualified upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities.
• Coordinate internal teams to develop solutions, proposals, and successful handoffs to operations.
• Oversee upsell projects and maintain operational rigor across billing, resource management, compliance, and delivery quality.
• Act as an escalation point, resolve issues, and influence internal priorities to support client success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of experience or equivalent work experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently with strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to build credibility, anticipate client needs, maintain effective relationships, and resolve conflicts.
• Tenacity, adaptability, and an appropriate sense of urgency when achieving goals.
