Expected salary: $163,000–$264,000 per year. Exact salary depends on qualifications, experience, and location.

What you will do

• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Field Application Engineering organization supporting strategic customer accounts.
• Drive technical engagement, design-win strategy, opportunity management, forecasting, and revenue growth.
• Guide customer engagements from initial evaluation through tapeout, production ramp, and lifecycle support.
• Translate customer requirements into business opportunities and influence customer technology roadmaps.
• Build trusted relationships with engineering, architecture, product, operations, and executive stakeholders.
• Represent hirify.global in customer engagements, industry events, and executive briefings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 15+ years of semiconductor industry experience.
• Experience leading customer-facing technical organizations and supporting strategic accounts.
• Deep understanding of semiconductor technologies, foundry ecosystems, design flows, and design-win processes.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive engagement skills.
• Ability to lead through influence, develop technical leaders, and translate complex technologies into business outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience with silicon photonics, advanced packaging, AI infrastructure, RF and connectivity, or power and mixed-signal technologies.
• Experience working with hyperscale and cloud customers.
