Location: is headquartered in north Austin, Texas. ITAR eligibility is required: candidates must be U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents of the U.S., protected individuals, or eligible to obtain the required U.S. Department of State authorizations.

What you will do
- Lead inventory control across the main manufacturing warehouse, launch warehouse locations, and line-side replenishment operations.
- Manage multi-shift warehouse managers, supervisors, material handlers, and logistics personnel.
- Oversee receiving, materials management, picking, transfers, serialization, batch and lot tracking, cycle counting, and safe inventory handling.
- Maintain warehouse SOPs, standard work, training documentation, ERP data integrity, and performance KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, HSE, AS9100, aerospace safety, cleanroom, ESD, crane and forklift, and HAZMAT requirements.
- Manage the warehouse budget and support supply chain, quality, production, launch, and warehouse expansion initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Operations, or a related business or technical field.
- 8β10+ years of progressive warehouse operations and inventory management leadership in aerospace, defense, or commercial space launch systems, with at least 10 years in materials, warehouse, or supply chain management.
- Experience managing decentralized inventory networks that include manufacturing hubs, remote launch sites, and line-side or point-of-use replenishment cells.
- Experience building, training, and managing multi-shift warehouse and logistics teams under strict safety requirements.
- Proficiency with ERP and warehouse management systems, plus practical experience managing age-sensitive materials such as composites, epoxies, and sealants.
- Ability to travel as required and manage multiple projects while working cross-functionally.
Nice to have
- APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
- Odoo ERP/MRP knowledge and ITAR experience.
- Experience in R&D, prototyping, or test environments.
