Senior Procurement Officer (Manufacturing)

Location: Work from home in the Philippines; listed locations include Ortigas, Alabang, Pampanga, or Cebu. Work schedule: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM AU Queensland time / 7:00 AM–4:00 PM Philippine time.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end procurement lifecycle from forecasting and purchase orders through delivery and inventory outcomes.
• Manage supplier relationships, performance, onboarding, compliance data, and basic commercial negotiations.
• Align purchasing with operational demand and proactively mitigate supply risks, delays, shortages, and incorrect shipments.
• Coordinate with logistics providers on shipping and clearance, and assist with invoice verification and discrepancy resolution.
• Manage BOM changes, engineering updates, product lifecycle transitions, and related change-management activities.
• Improve procurement processes and inventory control while maintaining ERP integrity and tracking procurement KPIs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of end-to-end procurement experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong ERP capability covering MRP, purchase-order management, inventory control, and supplier data.
• Experience with forecasting, cost control, operational planning, procurement governance, and BOM structures.
• Strong problem-solving and risk-management skills with commercial awareness and basic negotiation capability.
• Ability to manage the full product lifecycle and collaborate with planning, production, logistics, and engineering.
• Experience in a vertically integrated design-to-manufacturing environment, with international suppliers and logistics coordination, is preferred.

Nice to have

• CIPS Level 3/4, ACIPS, ASCM, or an equivalent qualification.
