Senior Cloud Platform Engineer (Azure)

What you will do

• Design, deploy, support, and scale Azure infrastructure across compute, networking, identity, storage, and security domains.
• Develop reusable Infrastructure as Code modules with Terraform, Bicep, ARM, or similar technologies.
• Automate provisioning, configuration, deployment, and operational processes using PowerShell, Azure Automation, and DevOps tooling.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, standardized deployment patterns, golden paths, templates, and self-service cloud capabilities.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve Azure environments while supporting incident management and operational maturity.
• Collaborate with cloud architects, application teams, security, networking, and operations teams on secure and reliable cloud solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, cloud engineering, or platform engineering.
• Strong recent hands-on experience designing, deploying, and supporting Azure environments.
• Experience with Terraform, Bicep, ARM, or similar Infrastructure as Code technologies.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks using Azure DevOps, GitHub, or similar platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Azure networking, identity, security, monitoring, governance, and operational practices.
• Experience with Azure Virtual Machines, Virtual Network, VPN/ExpressRoute, Key Vault, Storage, Azure Policy, Backup & Recovery, Virtual Desktop/Cloud PC, and App Services.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant Azure certifications, such as Azure Administrator Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
• Experience supporting enterprise cloud transformation, standardization, or modernization initiatives.
