Team Leader - Nights Edwards

Location: On-site at the Eastbourne office, United Kingdom. Night shift: 22:00–06:00 Monday to Thursday and 17:30–23:30 on Friday.

What you will do

• Lead and support production operators within the assigned production zone.
• Coordinate daily operations to deliver output, product availability, service, and responsiveness according to the production plan.
• Ensure production activities comply with safety procedures, statutory requirements, and site standards.
• Manage absence, conduct, and capability issues fairly and consistently.
• Communicate with teams and departments, and coordinate resources, materials, and priorities with planning and support functions.
• Use the VTPS approach to help teams identify issues, solve problems, and improve processes.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience leading, motivating, and developing a team.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and best practices.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team and work independently with detailed information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, time management, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Strong IT literacy, including competent use of Microsoft Office.
• Responsible approach to personal and workplace health and safety.
