Production Supervisor (Brighter Foods) - THG Manufacturing

Location: Brighter Foods, Pendre Industrial Estate, Tywyn, UK. Onsite day shifts on a 4-on-4-off pattern from 6:00 to 18:00.

What you will do

• Lead Production and Technical Operatives and run daily shift briefs.
• Deliver production plans, targets, and KPI performance while managing labour resources.
• Maintain health, safety, food safety, hygiene, quality, and machine inspection standards.
• Coordinate shift changeovers and thorough operational handovers.
• Coach and develop team members while building an engaged, high-performing workforce.
• Drive waste reduction, SOP creation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience leading or supervising a team in a food manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing performance against KPIs and objectives.
• Knowledge of health and safety, food safety, hygiene, and HR procedures.
• Strong communication, organisation, problem-solving, numerical, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and maintain high standards.
• Good IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
