Supervisor (Production)

Location: Hawick TD9, United Kingdom. Onsite production role working 38 hours per week on dayshift. Applicants must provide evidence of their right to remain and take up paid employment in the United Kingdom.

Salary: £14.63 per hour, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Oversee daily workflow and ensure tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
• Distribute work across sections within the Accessories production process.
• Prioritize urgent items and allocate work according to priorities, skill levels, and production requirements.
• Monitor production levels and adjust staffing and work allocation as needed.
• Attend daily and weekly meetings covering production targets, priorities, and operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety requirements, and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• Ability to carefully and accurately follow detailed written instructions.
• High standards of quality and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and an enthusiastic, supportive leadership style.
• Experience in a similar supervisory role is valued but not required.
• Right to remain and work in the United Kingdom is required.
