People Generalist (AI)

Location: Remote, U.S.

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 per year

What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers on HR policies, processes, and everyday questions.
• Support onboarding and offboarding, including paperwork, orientation, and exit processes.
• Maintain accurate HRIS records, employee data, and compliance documentation.
• Administer benefits enrollment, leave requests, performance management cycles, talent reviews, and employee relations documentation.
• Coordinate People programs, internal communications, learning and development, recognition initiatives, events, and employee engagement activities.
• Improve People processes and infrastructure by leveraging technology and AI, while preparing reports and analyzing People metrics.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience in a generalist, business partner, consulting, or operations role in a fast-paced company.
• Experience supporting employees and managers with day-to-day HR questions and processes.
• Familiarity with onboarding, benefits, performance management, HRIS systems, and compliance processes.
• Working knowledge of federal and state U.S. employment laws.
• Excellent communication, influencing, organizational, judgment, confidentiality, and emotional intelligence skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
