AMER Benefits Programs Manager

Location: Remote anywhere in the United States; work 8am–5pm local time.

Salary: $83,000–$154,000 base salary per year.

What you will do

• Administer AMER employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, life, disability, voluntary benefits, spending accounts, COBRA, and travel insurance.
• Own benefits compliance activities across the Americas, including audits, reporting, regulatory monitoring, and remediation.
• Manage relationships with benefits vendors, monitor service delivery, resolve issues, and escalate concerns.
• Provide employee support through ServiceNow and the shared Benefits inbox, resolving complex questions and qualifying events.
• Support 401(k) administration, US benefits open enrollment, new-hire orientations, and leave program coverage.
• Maintain benefits content, analyze participation and enrollment data, and recommend process and system improvements.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in HR or benefits, or a related university degree.
• Experience with benefits administration software or HRIS; Workday experience is preferred.
• Experience supporting benefits compliance in the US or broader Americas region is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic HR principles, policies, procedures, and developing benefits compliance requirements.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, organization, confidentiality, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and use Google Workspace.
