Inventory Control Clerk I - 2nd Shift (Aerospace)

Location: Onsite at the rocket production facility in Briggs, Texas, north of Cedar Park. Must support the 2nd shift, Monday–Friday, 3:00 p.m.–11:30 p.m.

What you will do

• Inspect incoming deliveries for order accuracy, defects, shipping damage, quantities, part numbers, and supporting documentation.
• Record received items, shortages, and backorders, then route inventoried parts to the inventory cage and notify recipients.
• Track quality documentation, including material test reports and externally provided inspection records, in accordance with AS9100/AS9102 requirements.
• Prepare outgoing shipments with correct packaging, addresses, packing lists, Hazmat signage, and item details.
• Support Engineering, Procurement, and Quality with receiving records, returns, nonconformances, corrective actions, and audit support.
• Follow safety regulations and wear required protective clothing and equipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic math, software operation, and data-entry skills.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and personal organization.
• Physical ability to lift, push, or pull at least 50 pounds and to stand, crouch, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Must be eligible to work with U.S. Government-controlled space technology under ITAR regulations: U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or eligible to obtain the required authorizations.

Nice to have

• Experience in a structured, automated receiving environment or warehouse.
• Experience with Odoo ERP/MRP.
• Forklift operation experience.
