Material Handler - 1st Shift

What you will do

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks.
• Transfer finished goods into inventory and count and organize warehouse products.
• Ship standard orders using general carriers and UPS.
• Operate RF scan guns and stand-up and sit-down forklifts.
• Maintain warehouse standards, follow safety policies, and collaborate across departments.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to communicate clearly.
• Comfort working at heights and picking products from high warehouse racks.
• Ability to stand for long periods, move around the manufacturing floor, and lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to comply with safety procedures and successfully complete employment eligibility checks, background checks, and pre-employment testing.

Nice to have

• At least one year of warehouse or material handling experience.
• At least one year of experience operating forklifts or cherry pickers.
• Experience with ERP systems and RF scan gun functions.
