Receiver/Materials Handler (12 Hour Weekend Night Shift - Onsite)

Location: US - Massachusetts; onsite plant work required. Weekend night shift: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 pm–6:30 am.

Salary: $18.86–$28.29 annual base salary, plus possible incentive compensation and additional shift differential pay.

What you will do

• Receive, unload, verify, label, store, and ship raw materials, supplies, and finished goods.
• Check shipments for damage and discrepancies, complete documentation, and communicate issues to suppliers and internal personnel.
• Record shipment and material-movement transactions in SAP/ERP systems according to standard operating procedures.
• Operate forklifts, electric and manual pallet jacks, and a 26-foot box truck safely.
• Locate materials for other departments and notify teams when shipments arrive.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, safe, and functional warehouse and equipment area.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education or experience.
• At least one year of warehouse experience and prior forklift experience required.
• Must be able to work onsite in Massachusetts on the Friday–Sunday night shift.
• Proficient English required for reading documentation, communication, and writing.
• Ability to pass company standards for forklifts and power jacks, obtain a DOT medical card, and drive a 26-foot box truck.
• Ability to lift and transfer loads up to 50 pounds, stand for at least 75% of the shift, walk for at least 50%, and push, pull, and reach as required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics/AX Materials Management or SAP.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software applications.
• Strong communication, organization, prioritization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ergonomic lifting techniques and collaborative work in a fast-paced environment.
