Material Handling Team Leader (2nd Shift) (mf/d)

Location: West Branch, Iowa, United States; onsite, Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM

What you will do

• Supervise and coordinate Material Handling Operators during daily plant warehouse operations.
• Assign tasks, monitor productivity, and support training, coaching, and onboarding.
• Oversee receiving, picking, packing, staging, shipping, and material flow for uninterrupted production.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, support cycle counts and audits, and resolve discrepancies, damage, or delays.
• Uphold warehouse safety, PPE, OSHA/HSE, ANSI, and site-specific requirements, including safe equipment operation and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and shop floor management initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of warehouse experience and 2 years of forklift experience.
• At least 3 years of overhead crane experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP systems for inventory and material tracking.
• Fluent spoken and understood English is required for safety communication and coordination.
• Valid driver's license, insurability under the company auto policy, ability to pass a vision test for forklift operation, and ability to work in variable warehouse temperatures, at heights, and on a second shift.
