Material Handling Operator - 2nd Shift (m/f/d) (Renewable Energy)

Location: West Branch, Iowa, United States; onsite, Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM–11:00 PM

What you will do

• Receive component deliveries and position materials in the warehouse.
• Supply production workstations according to the assembly schedule.
• Load trucks accurately and safely for shipment to wind farms.
• Manage production and warehouse waste for disposal or recycling.
• Record material movements, inventory changes, and sales order shipments in SAP and other computer systems.
• Monitor stock levels, perform counts, reconcile discrepancies, and provide inventory data for financial reporting.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• At least one year of warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel, ERP systems, and inventory records.
• Fluent English is required for documentation, safety instructions, and communication with supervisors, suppliers, and colleagues.
• Strong organization, planning, prioritization, teamwork, and personnel-management skills.
• Valid full driver's license and insurability under the company auto insurance policy required.
• Commitment to safety procedures, hazard identification, and proper use of required protective equipment.
