Material Handling Team Leader

Location: West Branch, Iowa, United States; onsite plant warehouse role

What you will do

• Supervise and coordinate Material Handling Operators across daily warehouse activities.
• Assign tasks, monitor productivity, and support training, coaching, and onboarding.
• Oversee receiving, picking, packing, staging, shipping, and material flow for uninterrupted production.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, support cycle counts and audits, and resolve discrepancies or material delays.
• Enforce warehouse safety, PPE, OSHA/HSE, and equipment-operation requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and logistics process optimization.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of warehouse experience and 2 years of forklift experience.
• At least 3 years of overhead crane experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, ERP systems, inventory records, and material tracking.
• Fluent English is required for safety communication and collaboration.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work onsite in West Branch, Iowa; ability to work shifts, overtime, and weekends.

• Leadership experience.
• Understanding of ISO 9000:2000 quality systems.
