Expert Pega Architect (SSA/LSA)

Location: Fully remote from Poland

Rate: Up to 180 PLN/h net on a B2B contract

What you will do

• Design architecture that ensures the scalability and performance of Pega applications.
• Develop complex workflows, decision strategies, external-system integrations, and reusable components.
• Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product and databases.
• Provide architecture and design guidance to project teams and support Pega feature scoping and sizing.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and QA specialists.
• Guide team members in using current Pega studios and tools.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Pega PRPC development.
• 2+ years of experience as a Pega Lead System Architect.
• Project experience with Pega Infinity and hands-on experience with Constellation configuration.
• Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification.
• Experience designing large Pega solutions and integrating enterprise applications with Pega.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, required.
