What you will do
- Lead Java development teams building, enhancing, and supporting enterprise-scale Warehouse Management System applications and warehouse automation solutions.
- Define architecture and develop Java-based WMS platforms using Spring, RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven integrations.
- Design integrations between WMS, TMS, ERP, OMS, automation systems, and third-party applications.
- Lead software delivery across Agile sprints and release cycles, including solution design, code reviews, standards, and technical deliverables.
- Design real-time and batch interfaces and data-enrichment pipelines in a cloud-native data ecosystem.
- Troubleshoot production issues, improve application performance and reliability, and support continuous modernization.
Requirements
- 12+ years of hands-on Java application development experience with enterprise-scale systems.
- 5+ years leading software development teams and delivering complex applications through Agile and SDLC practices.
- 3+ years of Warehouse Management System development experience, including customization, integrations, warehouse automation, inventory management, and fulfillment.
- Strong experience with Spring, RESTful APIs, microservices, distributed systems, SQL Server, Git/GitHub, and high-volume transaction processing.
- Experience with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Kubernetes or AKS, WebSphere, IBM MQ, Drools, cloud solutions, and integration technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required; strong analytical, communication, troubleshooting, and stakeholder-management skills.
