Salary: $126,186.67–$171,253.34 per year

What you will do

• Collaborate with organizational leaders to collect information for strategic business mission planning and IT investment.
• Provide a holistic view of the enterprise for system owners, planners, and developers using frameworks like TOGAF and Zachman.
• Recommend technical engineering practices and enhancements based on successful systems integrations.
• Ensure alignment with organizational processes including PMI, ITIL, SDLC, and Agile.
• Manage configuration and change controls within a large-scale government IT environment.
• Communicate complex architectural strategies to diverse stakeholders including subcontractors and designers.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Senior-level IT competency with exceptional interpersonal and professional maturity.
• Proven experience with EA frameworks such as Zachman and TOGAF.
• Deep knowledge of organizational processes: PMI, ITIL, CISSP, SDLC, Agile, ISSO, Six Sigma, and CMMI.
• Strong technical background in Windows environments, SQL Server, VMware, SAN storage, and Cloud services.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work independently.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with Cisco UCS, PKI, and VDI.
• Knowledge of mobile technologies including BlackBerry, iOS, and Android.
