Inventory Specialist (Aerospace)

Location: Torrance, California, United States; onsite at the Torrance manufacturing facility

Salary: $27–$35 per hour, plus potential stock options and discretionary performance bonuses

What you will do

• Receive, inspect, store, pick, organize, and stage materials, parts, and hardware for manufacturing and R&D.
• Verify quantities, part numbers, conformity, and damage-free condition of incoming materials.
• Maintain material handling, traceability, shelf-life, and stock rotation processes.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and record all movements in the ERP system.
• Perform cycle counts, support replenishment, and improve inventory operations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with spreadsheets, email, Microsoft Office, and resource planning software.
• Understanding of inventory and kitting processes.
• Ability to stand for 4–6 hours per day and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or eligible to obtain required U.S. Department of State authorizations under ITAR regulations.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of inventory control or warehouse experience.
• Forklift and related inventory equipment experience.
• Familiarity with Manufacturo or other ERP/MRP manufacturing software.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, or startup environments.
• Experience in aerospace, electronics, or related manufacturing.
