Composite Technician I-2nd Shift

Location: Briggs, Texas, near Cedar Park; on-site, 2nd shift

What you will do

• Cut carbon and other composite materials with hand tools to high tolerances.
• Assist with bonding operations, including abrasion, cleaning, and adhesive preparation.
• Support hand lamination of carbon, glass, Kevlar, film adhesives, and core materials.
• Assist with vacuum bagging, cure-cycle preparation, and supervised oven runs.
• Cure materials according to manufacturer specifications and maintain AS9100-compliant material handling.
• Read work instructions and assembly prints while maintaining shop organization and proper PPE use.

Requirements

• Entry-level role; 0+ years of experience accepted.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to drill and lay out precision holes.
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or eligible to obtain required U.S. Department of State authorizations under ITAR regulations.
