Contracted In-Home Occupational Therapist

Location: Hot Springs, Arkansas; in-home visits required

Compensation: $120 per completed evaluation, including travel, the evaluation, and documentation. Extended travel may be paid additionally with prior approval.

What you will do

• Conduct in-home assessments and functional evaluations.
• Provide evidence-based recommendations for home modifications.
• Educate clients and caregivers on fall prevention and safe mobility techniques.
• Engage clients and families in collaborative care planning.
• Share findings with the Director of Clinical Operations and support process improvement.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic system.

Requirements

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active, unencumbered occupational therapy license.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong interpersonal, clinical reasoning, technology, and digital documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.

Nice to have

• Experience in home health, aging in place, disability services, or home modification work.
