PRN Clinical Quality Reviewer: Home Health Coding & OASIS

Location: Remote within the United States; Lehi headquarters option available. Weekend shifts are required, with frequency discussed during interviews.

What you will do

• Audit OASIS-E documentation, ICD-10 codes, and plans of care for accuracy, compliance, and completeness.
• Identify recurring documentation and coding error patterns.
• Annotate edge cases and provide feedback to improve the AI product.
• Translate clinical findings and terminology into clear guidance.
• Support weekend reviews so care plans continue moving through the workflow.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of residence.
• COS-C, HCS-D, HCS-O, or HCS-H certification.
• 3+ years of experience in home-health QA/OASIS review, utilization review, or clinical documentation QA.
• Fluency with major EMRs such as HCHB, MatrixCare, or WellSky.
• Strong attention to detail, data-driven judgment, clear written and verbal communication, and comfort with remote collaboration tools.
• Availability to contribute to weekend shifts.
