Senior Manager / Director, Managed Services Integration

What you will do

• Lead the integration strategy for Managed Services acquisitions from due diligence through operational stabilization.
• Define integration objectives, priorities, timelines, governance models, success metrics, playbooks, and best practices.
• Lead multiple complex acquisition integrations and coordinate cross-functional workstreams across Finance, IT, Operations, People & Learning, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Procurement, and Legal.
• Oversee customer transitions, organizational alignment, technology migrations, service delivery processes, systems, financial controls, and reporting.
• Identify and mitigate operational, organizational, financial, technology, and customer risks.
• Build executive dashboards, communicate KPIs and risks, remove roadblocks, and continuously improve integration capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in Managed Services, consulting, business transformation, operations, or M&A integration.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide post-acquisition integrations or large-scale operational transformation initiatives.
• Strong executive presence, communication, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive results across organizations without direct authority.
• Technology services, MSP, SaaS, consulting, or private equity-backed company experience is strongly preferred.

• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Prosci, or similar certification.
