AI Enablement Trainer & Workshop Facilitator (AI)

Location: Remote (United States)

Salary: $90,000–$100,000 per year, plus eligibility for a company bonus plan.

What you will do

• Deliver AI training, workshops, webinars, executive briefings, and hands-on working sessions.
• Facilitate AI use-case discovery and help clients identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, decision-making, and service delivery.
• Translate business needs into AI workflows, prompts, job aids, presentations, guides, and training materials.
• Customize enablement for executives, managers, functional teams, and end users.
• Educate clients on privacy, security, confidentiality, accuracy, bias, and human oversight in AI use.
• Partner with consulting, technical, governance, sales, and project teams; track adoption and recommend follow-up coaching.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technology training, client enablement, learning and development, consulting, instructional design, change management, digital adoption, or business transformation.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools, copilots, automation platforms, or AI-enabled business applications.
• Strong client-facing presentation, facilitation, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to translate AI capabilities into practical business workflows and use cases.
• Experience developing training materials, presentations, guides, and job aids.
• Understanding of responsible AI principles and ability to work with both business and technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, Gamma, or similar enterprise AI tools.
• Background in consulting, technology services, managed services, ERP, CRM, cloud, cybersecurity, or professional services.
• Experience supporting technology adoption or digital transformation.
• Training or certifications in instructional design, adult learning, change management, AI, responsible AI, facilitation, or technology enablement.
