What you will do

• Define and execute the enterprise technology strategy, multi-year roadmap, governance framework, and investment plans.
• Lead enterprise applications, software development, integrations, infrastructure, cloud services, end-user computing, and IT operations.
• Partner with executive and functional leaders on process improvement, automation, digital transformation, data-driven decision-making, and emerging technology adoption.
• Establish standards for architecture, software development, cybersecurity, risk management, business continuity, disaster recovery, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee technology portfolios, vendors, managed service providers, contracts, budgets, performance metrics, and strategic investments.
• Build and lead a high-performing technology organization across multiple disciplines and geographically dispersed teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
• 15 or more years of progressive IT experience and 8 or more years of technology leadership experience.
• Experience overseeing a broad portfolio including enterprise applications, software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, and IT operations.
• Experience with enterprise-scale technology initiatives, business system implementations, organizational change, budgets, vendors, managed service providers, and strategic investments.
• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, infrastructure operations, cybersecurity frameworks, software development methodologies, and IT service management.
• Strong business acumen, financial and strategic planning skills, communication, stakeholder management, and executive leadership capabilities.

• Master’s degree in business administration, information systems, technology management, or a related discipline.
• Relevant technology, cybersecurity, project management, or service-management credentials.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and corporate business functions.
