Chief of Staff (AI Cybersecurity)

Location: New York City office, five days a week in person

hirify.global is an AI cybersecurity startup developing protection against deepfakes, smishing, and AI-powered voice scams for banks, technology companies, and healthcare organizations.

What you will do

• Support the Co-Founder and CPO in key meetings, manage follow-ups, and ensure execution stays on track.
• Own strategic projects such as improving R&D recruiting, analyzing global R&D spend, and researching potential markets.
• Build models, dashboards, and analyses to support faster and better decision-making.
• Draft communications, memos, and presentations for internal and external audiences.
• Identify process gaps across the R&D organization and drive improvements independently.
• Connect the CPO with the broader organization, ensuring context flows in both directions.

Requirements

• Degree from a top university with a strong academic record.
• 2–6 years of experience in consulting, private equity, venture capital, or a fast-moving startup.
• Strong analytical skills, including building models, structuring datasets, and presenting findings clearly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, accountability, and a bias toward action.
• Ability to solve ambiguous problems with minimal context and operate effectively in a fast-moving environment.
• Comfort working late nights and weekends in an always-on startup environment.

• Heavy use of AI in professional or personal work, or strong motivation to make AI a core part of the working process.
• Ambition to progress into product management, department leadership, or entrepreneurship.
