Field CTO (US) (Data Governance/SaaS): Leading strategic technical engagement for assigned enterprise customers, guiding Immuta implementation, adoption, and expansion with an accent on data governance, security, privacy, and modern data platforms. Focus on advising executive stakeholders, translating customer needs into product strategy, and shaping technical solutions across pre-sales, implementation, and partner engagements.

What you will do
- Lead strategic implementation planning, product adoption, platform optimization, and enterprise rollout for assigned customer accounts.
- Advise customers on data governance, data security, privacy, compliance, access control, AI readiness, and modern data architecture.
- Identify additional use cases and adoption opportunities that support customer outcomes and expansion.
- Capture customer feedback, implementation patterns, and market insights to influence product strategy and roadmap priorities.
- Create technical content, solution briefs, demos, best-practice materials, and enablement assets; support webinars, executive briefings, conferences, and partner events.
- Support strategic pre-sales through technical discovery, architecture discussions, solution documentation, proof-of-concept planning, and collaboration with technology partners.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in implementation consulting, data governance consulting, technical advisory, solutions architecture, data engineering, technical customer success, or a related customer-facing role.
- Experience in enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, or data platform environments.
- Strong understanding of modern data architecture, data governance, privacy, security, compliance, access control, and enterprise data operations.
- Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Starburst, or similar data platforms.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value and collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams.
- Proven ability to engage Chief Data Officers, AI leaders, IT executives, business leaders, and senior technical stakeholders.
