What you will do

• Define and execute the multi-year strategy and roadmap for the High-Speed Probe portfolio.
• Lead market, customer, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, technology disruptions, and unmet needs.
• Drive portfolio planning, prioritization, lifecycle management, and build-versus-buy-versus-partner decisions.
• Establish Voice of Customer programs, advisory boards, and design councils to guide roadmap decisions.
• Serve as the subject-matter expert for high-speed digital measurement applications and industry standards.
• Partner with engineering, sales, marketing, and executive leadership on platform strategy, positioning, launches, and growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Significant Product Management, Engineering, or Marketing experience in test and measurement, semiconductors, or the high-speed digital ecosystem.
• Strong knowledge of high-speed digital design, signal integrity, and compliance validation methodologies.
• Expertise in PCI Express, MIPI, DDR, USB, DisplayPort, Ethernet, HDMI, and related high-speed serial communication technologies.
• Experience defining portfolio strategy, evaluating market opportunities, driving business growth, and influencing cross-functional teams.
• Strong financial, analytical, business planning, communication, and executive presentation skills.
