Product Management Lead - Hyperscale Custom Silicon

What you will do

• Lead product management and product marketing for customized silicon solutions serving hyperscalers and data center companies.
• Manage business dialogue with hyperscale customers from initial exploration through design wins, deployment, and stable volume production.
• Define and prioritize product roadmaps for custom CPUs, XPUs, DPUs, accelerators, and other workload acceleration devices.
• Analyze hyperscaler architectures, customer use cases, competitors, market dynamics, positioning, pricing, and financial drivers.
• Develop customer-facing presentations, demos, data sheets, technical notes, solution briefs, sales materials, FAQs, videos, and case studies.
• Collaborate with architects, engineering, operations, sales, and customer platform partners to develop reference designs and execute customer programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant data center experience and prior product management leadership experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Strong understanding of compute, networking, AI requirements, hyperscaler architectures, and the AI hardware ecosystem.
• Experience with product lifecycle management and new product introduction across the full NPI process.
• Demonstrated business planning skills, including market sizing, revenue forecasting, competitive analysis, product positioning, and pricing.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering and/or an MBA.
• Experience engaging hyperscale data center customers and understanding their system-level needs.
