Practice Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Remote in Tennessee; Nashville, TN

Salary: $75,000–$85,000 per year, plus an annual discretionary bonus

hirify.global is a physician-led radiology practice providing healthcare services to hospitals, clinics, imaging centers, and referring physicians across the United States.

What you will do

• Provide operational and financial support to practice leadership by monitoring performance metrics, productivity, budgets, and daily operations.
• Coordinate physician onboarding, licensing, credentialing, payroll, quality programs, and compliance initiatives.
• Manage accounts payable, expense approvals, supply ordering, financial reporting, and operational tracking tools.
• Partner with physicians and leadership on budgeting, scheduling, billing compliance, special projects, and practice improvement.
• Support teammate performance, communication, collaboration, and strategic priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 5+ years of healthcare administration, management, or radiology practice experience preferred.
• 2+ years of financial analysis, accounting, or related experience.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and Tableau or similar analytics tools.
• Experience working with physicians and healthcare leadership on operational, financial, and strategic initiatives.
• Strong analytical, organizational, project management, problem-solving, communication, and prioritization skills.
