Senior Salesforce Administrator

Location: Flexible hybrid role based in Burnaby, British Columbia, or Oakville, Ontario, Canada

Annual base salary: $104,400–$135,700 CAD

What you will do

• Configure and administer the enterprise Salesforce platform, maintaining stability, data integrity, and security.
• Maintain and customize Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Knowledge, and Communities.
• Translate business needs into structured process and technology solutions with business leaders and subject-matter experts.
• Oversee data migrations, system integrity, third-party applications, and AppExchange products.
• Develop and test functionality, customizations, and enhancements, and assess the impact of Salesforce releases.
• Develop training materials, support end users, and mentor team members within the Business Systems function.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Salesforce Administration experience, including design or advisory work on large-scale, multi-department implementations.
• Strong knowledge of business process reengineering, change management, and translating requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent organization, analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Experience using AI tools in meaningful, enterprise-relevant applications.
• Experience with data security, privacy, compliance, and policy-driven environments.
• Post-secondary diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management of Information Technology, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the Google Workspace ecosystem.
• Experience in an Agile/SCRUM environment.
