Senior Solutions Engineer (Salesforce)

Location: New York City office, United States; onsite work expected in accordance with the hybrid working policy

Salary: $170,000–$190,000 per year, plus benefits

What you will do

• Translate stakeholder and business needs into scalable technical solutions and architecture.
• Lead Agile project delivery across enterprise platforms, with a strong focus on Salesforce.
• Build customized Salesforce workflows, dashboards, and automations for diverse business units.
• Integrate AI-powered tools, including large language model applications, for knowledge management, search, and automation.
• Troubleshoot system issues, maintain platform stability, and support user satisfaction.
• Create training and enablement resources and support change management, communications, and adoption.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in solutions engineering, product management, or technical consulting.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience administering and building in Salesforce environments.
• Exposure to large language models such as ChatGPT or Claude.
• Familiarity with Python, SQL, or Apex.
• Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
